Dr. Meraj Naem

An experienced Business Management faculty, with more than 15 years of professional experience, Dr. Meraj holds a Ph.D. degree in Strategic Management.
The professional competencies of Dr. Meraj is a blend of Academics, Corporate Training and Consultancy. He has been delivering Trainings on a wide range of topics however his well acclaimed areas of trainings are Effective Teaching, Leadership Excellence, and Motivation while his core expertise is in the areas of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainable Development.
The Consultancy and Management Development Programs (MDP) in Business Planning, Feasibility exercises, Strategic alignments, Sustainability Reporting and Audit are fields of his comprehensive experience.
His interest areas of research are Social Entrepreneurship, Higher Education and Culture. He has also conducted Faculty Development Programs on Effective Classroom teaching, Differential Education and Time Management.
Dr. Meraj is a certified CSR Practitioner from CSE (Center for Sustainability and Excellence, https://www.cse-net.org/ ) and is trained and certified by the GRI (Global Reporting Initiative, https://www.globalreporting.org ) for Sustainability Reporting.
He has been teaching the courses of Leadership, Business Ethics, Innovation and Strategic Management at the Master’s and Bachelor’s level and trained the business professionals in the same areas through University collaborations as well as professional training centers.
The approach of blending the Professional and Philanthropic aspects, makes the training programs of Dr. Meraj not only unique but also nurture the candidates Ethics and Values.

Mrs. Rukhsana since 2002 is associated with system certifications like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, SA-8000 and ISO 17025.
Mrs. Rukhsana is attended courses on ISO 14001, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 17025, SA-8000 and involved in consultancy services in 2003.
She is IRCA qualified auditor too and had assisted Ghori for a period of more than 9 years, on the subject of system certifications.
Dr. Abeer Salim
Consultant & Trainer
Dr. Abeer has qualified IRCA Lead auditor course for ISO on the subject of system certifications and joined Ghori in 2014. She conducts trainings for the same.
Dr. Abeer graduated BDS in 2009 as Goldmedalist from her batch and specialized in Healthcare management and hospital administration by doing MBA in 2013.
Her special interest is in the discipline of Ethics in healthcare in which she recently completed a Postgraduate Diploma (2016) and is currently teaching the same.
She is visiting Faculty at a Management University based in Karachi, on subjects of Healthcare Management. Dr. Abeer has a developed herself into a trainer for various soft skills seminars and workshops like Communication skills, Leadership, Teamwork and Motivation etc.
Mr. Khursheed Alam

Mr. Alam by profession Chemist is associated with system certifications in 2002 and is certified IRCA Lead Auditor on ISO 9001:2015.
Mr. Alam has extensive industrial experience in electric industry and served more than thrity years in K- Electric, Pakistan managerial capacity. The core expertise of Mr. Alam is laboratory management and water chemistry.
Mr. Alam retired from the post of Deputy General Manager from k-Electric.
